You can request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for:
Opened or partially used tea packets (for hygiene and freshness reasons).
Gift cards or promotional items.
Clearance or sale items marked as “Final Sale.”

Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if the product is damaged.
Once approved, we will share the return shipping details.
Ship the item back in secure packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For damaged or incorrect items, a full refund including shipping costs will be issued.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please return the product and place a new order.
